Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of 8-tbajee.club (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we", "us", or "8 tbajee"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on this Platform.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the services made available through 8-tbajee.club. Age Verification Policy

All new accounts are subject to age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. 8 tbajee may request a copy of a government-issued national ID card, passport, or other official document confirming date of birth. Until age verification is complete, withdrawal limits may apply to the account. Any account found to belong to a player under 18 years of age will be permanently closed and all associated game play declared void.

Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 8-tbajee.club. Duplicate accounts — including accounts registered under different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — are strictly prohibited. 8 tbajee employs automated and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and outstanding balances subject to review.

When creating your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. 8 tbajee strongly recommends that all players enable SMS OTP two-factor authentication to provide an additional layer of protection. You agree to notify 8 tbajee support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

8 tbajee will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have notified us of a suspected security breach prior to that activity taking place.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your 8 tbajee account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining eligible balance (after deduction of pending bonus wagering requirements or outstanding disputes) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe. 8 tbajee reserves the right to close accounts that have been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months, following reasonable notice to the registered contact details on file.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 8-tbajee.club are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 8 tbajee supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as bank transfers through Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

Deposits

The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳200. Bank transfer minimums may vary and will be displayed at the time of transaction. Deposits are credited to your BDT wallet balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 8 tbajee does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources — the payment method used to deposit must be registered in your name and match your verified account details.

8 tbajee does not charge transaction fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own service charges, which are your responsibility. All deposit transactions are processed over 256-bit SSL-encrypted connections.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframe specified in the Payments section of the Platform at the time of the request. 8 tbajee is committed to processing withdrawal requests without unexplained delays. Withdrawals are paid to the same method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to KYC verification requirements being met.

8 tbajee reserves the right to carry out additional identity verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Where a withdrawal request is placed while a bonus is active on the account, any unwagered bonus funds will be forfeited upon withdrawal; the withdrawal will proceed for the eligible cash balance only.

Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party payment methods, joint accounts, or payment methods not registered in the account holder's name. 8 tbajee will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers once the withdrawal has been dispatched from our systems.

Bonus Terms & Conditions

Welcome Bonus

New players at 8 tbajee may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The exact bonus amount, percentage match, minimum qualifying deposit, and wagering requirements will be communicated at the time the offer is displayed. Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, 8 tbajee's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law. In no event shall 8 tbajee's total cumulative liability to you exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 8 tbajee account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 8 tbajee support shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, with English as the language of proceedings.
